This series is so well-done. Not only is the storyline completely intriguing and complex, the animation is stunning. If you're interested in watching this show, start at the beginning with Book 1 and work your way up; the story builds on itself so it helps to watch them in order. Having this Book on DVD is so nice because not only is each episode commercial-free, but you don't have to wait a week to see the next episode. And trust me, that's a big deal with this show because it's very suspenseful. At first I had my doubts about how intriguing a cartoon could be, but this show definitely proved me wrong. The screenwriters are very gifted story-tellers and that comes through so strongly in this series.

The main reason my daughter was so excited about this movie was because of the pegasus shown on the front cover. She's so into horses and if they fly or have a horn...even better. Well, guess what...NO Pegasus in this movie! She kept asking where it was and when the movie was ending and still no pegasus...the tears came (she is a dramatic 4 yr old, but I was even disappointed for her). As it turns out, the pegasus is only in the "Special Features" section as a music video which is about 3 minutes long. What a disappointment. As it turns out she still enjoys the movie (it also comes with 2 other episodes: Dora's Jack-In-The-Box and Bark, Bark To Play Park), but I make sure we watch the music video a couple times before I turn it off. She's accepted it now, but still I wish I would have known before her Grandma bought her this movie.

My son was addicted to watching Yo Gabba Gabba clips on YouTube, and we don't have any kind of tv reception, so i got him this. Like someone else said, i was a little disappointed that there were only 4 episodes... and NO BIZ! But my son is happy, so are my neice and nephew. My son still asks to watch Biz on YouTube.
As for me... well, i went to bed last night singing "Snacky-snack snack snack snack snack, Snacky-snack snack SNACK SNACK SNACK!" and woke up singing "Find a friend, find a friend..."

My whole family loves this show. I've even downloaded some of the episodes to my iPhone!!! This show is great for children of all ages! It keeps kids up and moving istead of being in front of the tv like a zombie.

8 Episodes: A Tale of Tails - Wubbzy feels like an outsider because of his strange curvy tail the kids think it s too kooky and won t play with him, and it keeps causing trouble. Widget invents a machine, the Tail a Tronic, to straighten out Wubbzys tail, but it only makes things worse. Walden puts things in perspective by showing Wubbzy that there s nothing wrong with being a little different. And when Widgets invention, the Robo-Cluck, goes way out of control, it s Wubbzy s tail that saves the day. The other kids realize that they were totally wrong, you cant judge a Wubbzy by his tail.
Special Delivery - The Mailman leaves a package for Walden in Wubbzy s care. Wubbzy can t resist opening it, and finds a really cool toy train inside. He starts playing with it, but then he cant figure out how to stop the runaway train. He has to put it back in the box before Walden gets there! Widget tries to help him corral the train, as they wind up chasing it all over the backyard. Finally Walden shows up, and calmly uses the remote control to stop the chaos. Widgets Wild Ride - Wubbzy is excited about racing in the annual Wuzzleburg Derby. But when Widget gets a look at Wubbzy s little road-racer, she gets all kinds of great ideas for souping it up. Mt. Fizzy-Pop - There s a whole lot of shaking going on in Wuzzleburg, and it s because old Mt. Fizzy-Pop on Dino Island is bubbling and rumbling. Walden is afraid that it s about to erupt! Puddle Muddle - Wubbzy is all spruced-up to get his picture taken with Widget and Walden, but en route to the studio he spots a mud puddle, and can t resist splashing around in it. Now he s all muddy, and has to take another bath. From now on he ll stay away from puddles!

We have all of the Backyardigans DVD's... not only do my kids love them, but so do me and my husband. My kids, who are two and three particularly loved this one because they were familiar with the fairy tales. Le Master of Disguise is their next favorite on this disc.

Ordered this for my two year old twin grandchildren for Christmas. They love watching the backyardigans and dancing to the theme song. Excellent condition and exactly what I wanted for them. Can't wait for them to see it!

While my 21-month old is absolutely captivated by The Backyardigans, this particular episode has her galvanized. She has most of the episode memorized and loves Eggbert or Eggwin, or Eggy (depending on who's name you choose). It is full us great tunes and excitement for all.

This series is simply the story of two best friends that fall in love with each other.

Spencer Carlin, a genuinely sweet 16 year old girl, moves from Ohio to LA with her family and finds herself trying to deal with her instant interest in Ashley Davies (A rebellious, rich daughter of a rock star)

The two embark on a realistic journey together that rivals any other love story on film or television. You will find yourself rooting for the pair in every episode leading up to the finale.

Innocent touches, shy glances, head tilts, and flirting, make Season 1 the best of the series.

Oh yeah. There's the token bitchy cheerleader, Madison, to stir up some drama for the should-be/might-be/could-be couple. The adopted black brother to teach us about racial identity. An overbearing mother. A shirtless boy to keep the straight audience happy. And a father any teenage girl would be envious to have.

But when all is said and done, this show is entirely about Spencer and Ashley.

It is too good to be cancelled before it's time. Watch Season 3B on October 10th at 9pm and Save Spashley!

The avatar book 2 is great, no it is amazing, I did not see it on t.v. So this is my only chance to get it,own it, and see it when ever I want commercial free. If you are an avatar fan, like new and intresting films, or an anime person this is a must have!

Im a 42year old man, and I would have never thought that a cartoon would grab my attention again so much. Avatar is pure entertainment. Spiritual, funny, heartwarming and full of life. None of the seasons is weaker than the others. 5 Stars on any of them...

I can say in all honesty that out of the three seasons, this was the best one. The writing and storyline were tighter here than they were in Season 3, and this boxset is definitely a must-have for any Avatar fan. I never get tired of watching these episodes, especially 'The Waterbending Scroll', 'Jet', 'Bato of the Water Tribe', and 'The Deserter'.

I bought this for my kids, and they talked me into viewing it with them. I have actually enjoyed watching this. (I am a high school English teacher, so I thought I would find it juvenile and silly.) It is not perfect, but it is pretty entertaining, the story lines are intriguing, and there is a good dose of humor. The interactions between the main characters are charming. Once again, I have been pleasantly surprised.

This is, without a single slice of crusty doubt, one of the coolest TV shows to ever walk the land. It's chock full of stupidity, tacos, poop, aliens, and Dib's giant head!!! Seriously, what is up with his head?!?!


I recommend this to anyone who has children, wants children, was a children, or will be a children. This show will make you faster, stronger, better. Women will want to do really weird (in a good way) things to you after you show them Gir in all his "enhanced" glory.

If you don't have either season 2 or 3, then buy those instead, since those are the best episodes of Spongebob, and $20 is great for that. It's only like, $8 more than one of those DVDs that comes with 5-6 episodes. While seasons 2/3 were the best, and a hilarious show in general, season 5 is not absolutely terrible. Season 4, now that (minus Krusty Towers, which was a good one like earlier episodes) was absolutely terrible. It's a step up, and most episodes'll have at least a few laughs in em. what's annoying is how they've split it. I know it's so they'll get more money but it is annoying to not have all the season's episodes in 1 box set. It would be fine if they were $10-$15, because you're getting half the episodes (as compared to seasons 1/2/3) at the same price, if not more. Season 5 Pt2 (Nov. 18th release date) will have the better episodes of the season, though.
In recommended buying order: 2, 3, 1, (5Pt2 when it's released) 5 Pt1, 4 Pt1, 4 Pt2
