My 6 year old son still watches these disks over and over. He memorizes some of the dialog and constantly asks questions (How many parts are in pickup truck?). We also have Seasons 1 and 3 - they are all great.

I thought it might be helpful to someone considering buying this DVD to know that not all of the episodes that aired are included in the disk. I'm a big fan of the show, and was really disappointed to receive this disk (also ordered the other 2 seasons) only to find several episodes absent. Also, there was some sloppy encoding on one of the episodes, which caused both my DVD player and my PC to freeze up unless I skipped ahead a few minutes.

I got this DVD for my husband's birthday. He watched the whole season in one weekend. I'm not usually into these kinds of shows, but I liked it too. Can't wait to get Season 2.

I got this as a birthday gift for my two year old nephew. He and his three year old brother LOVE this show. Over the holidays, both would bug me constantly to watch this show, and I even caught the two of them playing "monster garage" on one of their own toy vehicles. I personally find the narration a bit overdramatic, and most of the time the races seem very staged...but my nephews do love it and that is what counts most. I will be getting the second season for my other nephew when he turns four.

This DVD set is a lot of fun. It has 4 episodes only better: they don't have commercials. The four include Switchblade (Mustang 5.0 lawnmower), Fire Truck (Limousine Fire Truck), Trash Truck (Ford Explorer Trash Mover), and the Swamp Buggy (VW Bug Swamp Boat). Lots of fun, worth the money!!

This show may be one of the best shows on earth. Jessy James IS the master fabricator. The fighting in between the build team realy makes the show interesting. I recomend buying this DvD
