My son is not interested in TV except for when the Wonder Pets is on. Though he is not talking yet, he dances, laughs at certain parts (especially with the kangaroo hopping up and down looking for him ma-ma), and shakes his head side to side when when Ming Ming introduces herself....and ming ming too.
Great for long car rides! 5 out of 5 stars.

my 2yr twins watched them, but i thought i was going to kill myself. annoying, badly made videos. we'll stick to jojo circus (or anything else), so the whole family can enjoy.

Great show, for young children. Kids learn about sharing, teamwork, and also about all kinds of animals. The episodes aren't too long, about 10-12 minutes, just right for younger attention spans. My 2 year old loves them!

My two year old loves this DVD and I am not annoyed by it- even when it's set to repeat (you know how rare that is). It also comes with a set of stickers that I put on my little guy's sippy cup. He was thrilled. In my opinion, this DVD is worth every penny.

My daughter loves this DVD and any DVD featuring the Wonder Pets. If she hears the theme song she drops whatever she's doing and runs right to the TV. It's a great show that shows kids how to work together, share and be helpful. I recommend to any parent with infants/toddlers.

My toddler boys love the wonder pets. I had my doubts about the wonder pets at first, but we borrowed this movie from the library and my kids wanted to watch it over and over again.

I thought this was going to be a Christmas DVD of the Wonderpets, but the only thing it has to do with Christmas is the part about saving the Reindeer and the beginning of that story line. All of the other stories on this DVD have nothing to do with Christmas, so I was a little disappointed with that. Why make a DVD with one Christmas story, and the rest normal? I don't get it? Oh well I guess..my 2 year old loves it.

If you are considering getting a Wonder Pets DVD, this is the one to get. Besides the magical Nutcracker episode, it also has some of the best Wonder Pets episodes ever created: The Adventures of Bee and Slug, and the Pangaroo.
The Wonder Pets Save the Bengal Tiger (on a different DVD) is also an excellent episode.

If you kid hasn't tired of the Wonder Pets and their rescuing animals antics, they will like this DVD. But, if they're big fans of The Nutcracker, like my almost 4 year old daughter is, they will really love this DVD.

My 11 month old absolutely loves the Wonder Pets. When I pop in the dvd she sits up & starts clapping her hands. I enjoy watching the Wonder Pets with her because they have a great orchestra. You will not be bored watching this movie with your little ones!

Not only has this become my granddaughter's (almost 3) new favorite DVD, but it is also mine. There are funny and adorable subtilities which an adult "gets"...perhaps the child does, or not...but it is high quality entertainment, a good introduction to the music of The Nutcracker, and, as usual, full of excellent morals and lessons without being preachy. I LOVE THE WONDER PETS!

Well this is everything a Baby Boomer gran or auntie needs to see to guarantee a purchase! It's a combination British Invasion music "tribute" with tons of Beatle references and precious, funny animals! There's no violence and no scary guys to make it anything but perfect for its intended audience -- Babies and Boomers who love them!
I'm sold. How about you?

My 10 month old cannot get enough of the Wonder Pets. She even rocks and tries to dance when she hears the songs. This one is great, although I wish the Beattle segment was longer. I actually like and approve of Wonder Pets for her, b/c they are sending a good message. Plus I do not have to listen to the schreching, nails on chalk board, screeming from dora the explorer. Dora drives us crazy. More Wonder Pets..........

From New York to Vermont, the Wonder Pets Get the Job Done 5 out of 5 stars.

The Wonder Pets fly onto the scene once again with "Save the Dinosaur!," featuring four fun episodes of the show. In this DVD, the wonder pets visit everywhere from the Statue of Liberty to the magical land of a dragon.
The DVD's banner episode is "Save the Dinosaur! / Save the Pigeon!" This is a fairly interesting one in which they first travel to prehistoric times to save a dinosaur. They then visit the Statue of Liberty, where they find a baby pigeon who is stuck on the statue's nose and needs help flying. Music from this story is featured on the "Wonder Pets!" album release.
The other episodes on the DVD are "Save the Dragon! / Save the Beaver!," "Save the Bee! / Save the Squirrel!" and "Save the Dolphin! / Save the Chimp!" The first two are fairly fresh content. The latter is one of the earliest episodes and aired as the series premiere in some markets. "Dragon! / Beaver!" and "Bee! / Squirrel!" are fine examples of the series in particular, taking the series in some new directions -- such as showing one of the human characters who lives in the classroom the pets inhabit, and using only instrumental music during the openings.
I give this DVD 4 stars for its excellent program content. Unfortunately, this DVD once again continues the practice of the "Wonder Pets!" DVDs either not including decent special features or not including any at all. In this case, it includes the same old promos for other Nick Jr. shows, and that's it. It would be nice to get some extra content.

My Grandson is 20 months old and LOVES the Wonder Pets.
He really enjoys this video- I would definately recommend
this for kids. The Wonder Pets teach how to work together to help
someone in trouble. This is also good for longer trips in the car
to occupy the time.

This DVD contains one longer episode of Wonder Pets (Save the Bengal Tiger) and four short episodes. Each episode has a message about getting along with other people that is brought out in the story. For instance, the Bengal Tiger story is about how we should respect creatures smaller than us. Another episode is about how there is a time for playing and a time for being responsible.
All the episodes are done to song, kind of like a cartoon opera, and they all end with the Wonder Pets eating celery.
I gave this three stars because I felt that "Save the Unicorn" was a little better as far as entertainment value goes. My four year old son enjoys both DVDs though.

The Wonder Pets: Save the Nursery Rhyme is a great DVD to have if your child loves the Wonder Pets. The episode where they have to help the Cow jump over the moon is too cute. Any Wonder Pets DVD is a good addition to add to your DVD collection if your child loves the Wonder Pets.

this was an unopened disc, but it pixelated & froze about halfway thru the disc, & wouldnt play (the first time playing it). it has a big scratch in it. we never bothered to contact anyone about it because no one has ever, ever done anything about it when we have contacted companies about their faulty products before, so we figured this is just another loss--

My 2.5 year old loves the songs and the stories. We sing the "teamwork" song when I need to get him to cooperate with me. As a parent, I think the length of each segment (about 15 - 20 minutes) makes it easy to control how much time is spent watching the show. The different musical styles also makes the music for the Wonder Pets series more varied than most other children's shows.

All the DVDs are great for introducing new concepts when trying to solve a problem. My 4 year old niece has been in love with the wonder pets since the first time she saw the show.
Each show begins with an animal in trouble. The wonder pets race to the rescue overcoming obstacles on the way.
What the shows on the DVD are trying to teach:
Save the Unicorn: A baby unicorn gets his horn stuck in a tree. Very cute. Introduces the concept of tightening and loosening screws. A more important lesson, I think, is the wonder pets believing the dragon was mean after seeing him, then realizing he was friendly after meeting him.
Save the Penguin: A baby penguin is stuck on an iceberg. Stresses the importance of working together, using everyone's abilities to help. Ducks are good at flying, Turtles are good at swimming.
Save the Swan: A baby swan is afraid to join the big dance show because he doesn't dance as well as others. "Try your best, your own way" seems to be the lesson. It's okay to be different.
Save the Puppy: I need to Pee! A pup is locked in the house and has to potty. He's never used his doggie door so the wonder pets must help him get outside. Tries to encourage little ones to try new things to solve problems.
