For the record I do believe that the third season was slightly more funny.
this set has amazing special features when compared to other comedy set seasons. every episode has roughly 10 minutes or more of deleted scenes which are often more funny than the scenes that aired. Also, the blooper reel is over 20 minutes long.
It is a shortened season because of the writers strike but many of the episodes were 1 hour episodes and with the deleted scenes this is by far the best value dvd series that came out this season.

The fourth season of The Office didn't have as many episodes as previous seasons, but how could you not buy it? Everyone who borrows our "Office-Season One," becomes hooked. They end up borrowing all four seasons. In Season Four, Pam and Jim are just as funny together as they were apart, and Michael and Jan provide their share of laughs, unintentionally of course. We get to know Dwight better than expected, and Ryan finally shows his human side (kind of). You'll love it.

If you have seen the first 4 seasons this is a must see! With the characters going four years into the future they are able to explore more interesting and diverse story lines which keeps you wanting more and more.
If you haven't seen the first 4 seasons, you will still enjoy this. It has moved four years into the future so it's almost as if they are starting again. You will love all the characters and the special features is an added extra worth viewing.

I was SO excited to finally see my DVDs in the mail!! Ever since the first episode of season five, I wanted the new DVD set. Amazon always does such a fabulous job of getting things out quickly and in new condition. One Tree Hill is my favorite show and I'll be buying all of the future seasons on Amazon.com for sure!!!

Because I LOVE this series. It has a perfect blend of work and non-work related issues. Most series today aren't attractive because they focus too much on heavy or pointless things. Okay, so this series is basically about pointless things but the way it's written will have you laughing so hard! I usually don't enjoy stupid nonsensical humor (i.e. borat, scary movie, etc) but this is a great show and I don't have to worry about plots who's prime focus is "who is having sex with whom this week?" (i.e. "gossip girl") but is a brilliant intermingling of mood uplifting humor and situations in the workplace that many go through (i.e. weird or annoying co-workers for one) or can relate to. I get tired of shows like sex and the city or gossip girl or desperate housewives. I want something that will actually make me feel better about myself at the end.

I purchased seasons 1-4 of The Office for my son's birthday (15) and didn't expect to become addicted. I loved the UK Office and am a big Gervais/Merchant fan and was skeptical. But this production was a great buy and produces hours and hours of laughs and together time for us. I have come to love Michael Scott and his crew and cannot wait for Season 5! You should add this to your collection.

As for the product itself...well it's the Office, what's not to like!

In this season, Michael seems more serious, and even more mature. Not sure what the turning point was for him. When did he become normal?
I used to LIKE Pam. She was so endearing. Then, after Pam blows Jim off twice when Jim works up the courage to tell her his true feelings on her wedding day (for the sake of suspending the plot, no doubt), after three years of reticence on her part, when it would have taken no courage to tell HIM her feelings, since he was the single one; after blowing him off TWICE, she breaks up with Roy, then Jim returns happy with Karen (carbon copy of Pam, personality-wise), Pam gets back together with Roy, then a few days later dumps Roy, then finally sabotages Jim's happy relationship with Karen. Pam turned out to be a bitch, and whichever screenwriter did that should be fired.
So Pam is either more erratic than Jan (who, btw, was in this season embarrassingly unstable and clingy and unprofessional...did some writer mix up the characters?). Or Pam is just as mature as a 15 year old school girl. She turns Jim away when he opens up and makes himself vulnerable beneath the stars at night; THEN she sabotages his relationship with Karen and his promotion, just because she can (or because, again, she's actually a 15 year old schoolgirl who can't stand to see a guy she's attracted to be happy with another girl).

Season Two was by far my favorite and the DVD set is a wonderful one to own. I have all the seasons, but if I was going to get just one, I'd get season two. I find myself watching it all the time and laughing HARD. I can't wait for the premier tonight!

I love this show and if you haven't seen it, you must be living under a rock. every episode is just as funny as the last. Be warned some of the scenes are so hilariously awkward their really hard to watch, they'll have you covering your face with both hands saying "Oh no" while laughing out loud the whole time. with 22 episodes you'll be cringing and howling for hours.

I almost stopped watching the office because of season 1, but after i let a friend talk me into watching season 2, i was glad i did not give up on the show. This show is very funny and addictive.

One Tree Hill is a great show. I have seen every show of every season. I didn't think I would like the show when my girlfriend first told me about it. One night it was coming on while i was channel surfing so I watched it. It didn't take long until I was hooked. So I got on Amazon and ordered the seasons that I had missed. They were all great.

One Tree Hill is something I wrote off when it first premiered on television. I thought of it as nothing more than another cheesy over-dramatized weekly High School soap opera. I wasn't wrong in all aspects of my original assumption. However, despite its subject matter, the show itself several things a soap opera is not. It is very fast-paced (especially on dvd) and well written. It can pull you in with some of the addicting story lines and the superb acting of Paul Johansson who can make you empathize with the devil.
Exactly what I expected 5 out of 5 stars.

ok well i love gilmre girls and that used to be my fav show till about 3 months ago! that was when i found one tree hill the best show on air i have eva seen it makes me laugh cry and smile it is the one place where i feel like i am inpowerless and that makes me feel good! this show is about frendship and love and the trouble that can happen in everyday life to any person! I love one tree hill and i know it will be a part of me for the rest of my life!!!! go one tree hill!!!!!!!!!!

This show starts out slow, but now that I have completed the 3rd season, I can tell you that it pays off later. I highly recommend this show to anyone that likes teen shows. But what I really like is the fact that the parents have a major role in this show too. It's good soap opera stuff...love triangles...secrets they learn about their parents..etc. One Tree Hill gets better and better after each season.

I think this season was better than the first 3 put together! I can't believe how many bad things happen to these poor teens, but no matter what, their friendships always survive. They're always there for each other and I love when Lucas jumps in to protect his loved ones. They pretty much made their prom episode into a horror movie, which I won't complain about because I love scary movies. And Dan tried so hard to redeem himself, but...well, you gotta watch. In this season, a lot of secrets get revealed and I loved it. All I can say is that I highly recommend this show to anyone.

the reason why i gave 3 stars is because i have yet to receive my season 4 of One Tree Hill. i purchased all 5 seasons from amazon.com but the fourth season came from an outside seller. i have yet to receive it. its been over a month. if you would know why i havent received it or a way i can receive it...let me know!!!
