LA Drama 5 out of 5 stars.

The show may not be completely real, but who cares? The drama is still addicting and you'll find yourself going back for more.

Disc 1 scratched 1 out of 5 stars.

I purchased this set for my daughter's birthday. She started watching it and noticed that disc 1 was scratched. The other discs in the set were fine. I returned the scratched set and received a replacement. The replacement had the same problem - disc 1 was scratched and the other discs were fine. We returned the replacement for a refund. We went to Walmart and she selected a different movie for her birthday.

Do not waste your money! Season 3 is replay of 1 and 2 1 out of 5 stars.

Season 3 is just about the same of seasons 1 and 2...Do not expect to see new episodes...You will find only a compilation of the same episodes shown on seasons 1 and 2...Very disappointing!!! I want my money back!

No Subtiltes 3 out of 5 stars.

Got this for studying Enlish. Yes, I'm a far-way person from U.S.
Thought every DVD has subtitles, at least English subtitle, in it..
But this one is one of few DVDs that don't carry what I want!

There is nothing much different than you watch on Mtv.com.
Sorry for that.

I ended up buying the dvd set and I watch it over and over again...my sister and I have rob & big marathons! first reality show I've seen that doesn't bring out the worst in the stars of the show--just a lot of good fun!

What's life like after Laguna Beach? College life, living on your own and more and more drama! 4 out of 5 stars.
2 of 6 people found this review helpful.

Did I mention all of the drama these fun white girls get into and involved in? Lauren Katherine Conrad by far is my favorite character as she was on Laguna; very , very friendly, sweet, a great friend, down to earth, fun and just so darn love-able. ^_^

But you soon realize that she gets back stabbed at every other turn and her heart breaks over and over. I guess we have that in common!

This drama-fest takes place in Los Angeles, California for a while...she meets Audrina there, and they become close. After a while, she is offered a job behind-the-scenes at a modeling agency. She decides to move to San Fransisco and then the drama starts soon after she meets Heidi.

Heidi meets Spencer, who tries to tear the now-best-friends apart, like my cousin's girlfriend did. See the similarities? Anyway, after some odd lonely nights, Lauren finds the sexy Brody, and they end up sharing their interests, digging each other and totally hooking up. Then, another "friend" of Lauren's hooks up with Brody on New Years Eve. Lauren has HAD it with her, and thinks Brody isn't the problem; it's Jen who has been a friend since childhood.

Drama, drama, drama, drama. But it's fun. Especially if you liked Laguna Beach and what it entailed.

Wrong product 1 out of 5 stars.

I received the wrong product and have made 2 phone calls to amazon and 2 emails to the vendor and still did not receive the product from the vendor kevheadmedia. I would not recommend ordering from this vendor.

Don't think I'll stay on season 3... 3 out of 5 stars.
0 of 0 people found this review helpful.

The subjects are becoming way too girly for me and too much songs were changed on this set.As I know pretty much all the songs were changed on Season 3 set and that season 2 started to disappoint me with it shallowness,I think my journey on the hills is over with this one.
A season to watch though and some situations you can relate to (I know I did...),but it's like every reality show, you get easily hooked on it with the first eps and then you get tired of it,just like that...

addictive! 5 out of 5 stars.

I was only curious when I watched the first season, and by that stage I was hooked! Every episode, i needed to find out what was going to happen! Would friendships mend, would or won't they get together? When Heidi dump Spencer? I have now watch the full second series in one day, which is absolutely crazy and now am hanging out to watch the 3rd.

Awesomeness! 5 out of 5 stars.

The 4th season of the hills is just as good, and drama filled as the past three. In this season, Audrina moves out, spencer marries heidi, whitney moves to new york, and much much more. Overall this is a great buy! I suggest you wait and order through Mtv though. They give better deals. When i ordered my season 3 dvd i got it a week before it came in stores, and i got a bonus disc that has "Lauren Looks Back" on it! I saw commercials on Mtv for this set, and i'm pretty sure it said f you ordered from them you get the dvd 3 WEEKS BEFORE IT HITS SHELVES!! i'm not exactly sure about that, but im 90% sure. This season is a must have for fans! Oh, and make sure to watch The City!!

Go here to get a better deal!- http://www.seenonmtv.com/index.php?v=mtvhil&pa=mtv:thehills:season4dvd:300x100mtv

What is the world coming to? 1 out of 5 stars.
2 of 3 people found this review helpful.

Damn, this show is even more boring than Big Brother. How can anyone like this load of feces? Who wants to see a bunch of spoilt little rich brats going shopping? BORING. I watched around 5 minutes of this show and I almost fell asleep. I can understand why Channel 10 axed this godawful show after only a couple of months here in Australia.

Anyone who thinks this is reality has been fooled - none of the actors use their real names and everything they say is scripted. How about putting on a show with people in a disadvantaged position who actually have to work hard for their success instead of glorifying laziness and stupidity? Oh no, we can't do that, it might actually teach kids to work hard and appreciate what they've got!!! Well, I can understand why the media doesn't want that to happen - fashion trends and pop culture thrive off the laziness and stupidity of the average young person. The fact that this show was even aired speaks volumes about the rampant stupidity present in our society. We can only hope that all the people in this show die from a drug overdose.

THE most immature brats ... :-( 1 out of 5 stars.
7 of 10 people found this review helpful.

What a group of idiots. I've never seen a more ignorant, immature bunch of brats in my life. All they do is vacation because heaven forbid they go get real jobs. Then they winge to each other about the same stuff day after day after day after day ... They rehash the same boy issues over and over and for a change of pace, the guys are more mature than the idiot girls. When Kristin and Stephen have their talk about her seeing another guy, there is no dialogue because they are both too stupid to think of something to say, and then what happens? She drives off in her car on the phone (very safe driving) and mouths off about him to her friend and every other word is 'like'. If they say 'like' one more time, I might scream. And who the heck pays for their vacations etc? Their parents who if had been present in their lives more, might have raised better kids. These kids might be rich, but their lives are boring because all they do is hang out with the same people (even those they hate) at the same places all the boring time. Why don't they read a newspaper or do something else intelligent to broaden their narrow minds and bring more varied conversations to this show.
Don't waste your money on this rubbish. The only 'intelligent' one in the bunch (and certainly the nicest) is Lauren and her show "The Hills" is a zillion times better. Like totally.

Want to know why teenagers are so gosh-darn screwed-up these days? Just look at Knoxville & his anti-social crew for starters!!! 1 out of 5 stars.
6 of 12 people found this review helpful.

Contrary to moral relativists and Jackass apologists who downplay Jackass 2 as comedy or the immaturity common among teenagers, Jackass 2's popularity--and the following of the Jackass franchise--is an implication of where American and western society's heading: into the gutter of depraved indecency!!!! An incrimination of the low-mindedness lowlifes celebrate in this Jackass 2 movie was seen when it defied all odds of sanity or justice by debuting at number one when it came out!!!! In analyzing Jackass 2's noticeable success, where even the makers of the movie had to be self-deprecating about their chances of repeating the success from the first movie, one has to resist the temptation to write off the moviegoers as merely asinine and misled teens. Ghoulishly, many immature and dissolute adults entertain their lowbrow, inner desires by buying this DVD.

Jackass 2 cannot qualify as a movie since movies have a plot, maybe a theme, some conflict, and character development. Flagrantly, Jackass 2 is more of the same mischief: Knoxville, Steve-O, Pontius et al connive to get together for more anti-social stunts which are just perilous and self-destructive. Many teenagers, clearly neglected by their parents and free to pursue copying Jackass' stunts due to feeling a void in their useless lives, have imitated Jackass' toxic stunts, so these films and series are definitely affecting society in a polluting way.

An impartial count by the "Screen-It" Movie Review website found 135 f-words, 39 MoFos, 19 d#@k/c---su#*er, and 22 a#@holes. This is only the beginning of the lewd profanity unconvincingly described as "comedy" that's scattered throughout Jackass 2. It has no redeemable qualities because the "humor" isn't funny; it's simply slapping together unconventionally perverse situations which get the audience to utter nervous laughter due to the shocking perversity of the stunts. For instance, semen is lustfully collected from the erect p*nis of a horse, and a man has a phallus (for all the mentally immature adults viewing Jackass 2, they'll need to check a dictionary for the definition of phallus) blasted up his derriere!!!! Nothing is even remotely "funny" about this; if one finds this "funny" there are only three choices. Either they're being intellectually dishonest, have the maturity level of an anti-social teen, or are so obscenely deteriorated.

The overall ratings for Jackass 2 should be one star at the most if we lived in a morally upstanding society, but we don't, regrettably. Egregious nudity to get the moral-reprobate audience off is rampant with men and women totally nude; again, there's nothing "funny" or remotely defensible about this nudity since it's softcore p*rn. Worse than this is the miscreant means for which human nudity is misused: for instance, a man's p*nis is actually put through the hole of a snake cage. The reviewers mendaciously defending this sm*t-film are villains. From this content of the movie, you'd seriously have to be debauched, mentally underdeveloped, or just asinine to enjoy this. "Movies" such as this used to be relegated to red-light districts, and most of Jackass 2 is more extreme and shocking than any snuff or p*rn film.

The only abominations remotely capable of being passed off as lowlife humor are scenes of drinking horse semen (Fear Factor never stooped this low), eating horse manure, the stimulating sight of freshly passed human excrement, and stoners and drunks vomiting in graphic glorification!!!! With all these increasingly damning descriptions of the content of Jackass 2, it's clear that the only people enjoying this depravity are mentally ill, as it's incrementally clear that no sane or good human being could derive entertainment value from this degeneration.

Besides these contraventions of human dignity, Jackass 2 endorses abysmally unethical misconduct and/or harmful misconduct. Alcohol is used in almost every other scene; Knoxville is in a scene corrupting a child, as this child drinks alcohol from a brown paper bag; Bam has his b*tt branded several times, resulting in three brandings of a p*nis and a scrotum outline; and one probably liberal and therefore hopelessly lost man has his scrotum frozen to small ice sculptures and when it does, Knoxville pushes him off so hard that pubic hair and excrement remain on the sculptures!!!!

All the other reviewers except for me were unscrupulously downplaying the noxiousness of Jackass 2 by disguising it as mere immaturity or humor--that's why they deceitfully omitted presenting the content of the DVD. In grim reality, even immature teens or p*rverts couldn't really get a rise out of Jackass if they tried; one must be mentally ill or a complete rogue to tolerate this end-of-the-world sacrilege passed off as a movie. I watched the DVD just to be able to unmask all the sm*t in
it. After reading my review of Jackass' content, how can any sane or moral person buy this foulness?!

Jackass: The Movie

Jackass: The Movie is made up of all the dumb, mindless pranks you'd expect of a college fraternity without any adult supervision.

The movie including the DVD is not without merit, however. If you have an annoying neighbor with teenage boys this might make an ideal Christmas present. You'd want to give it anonymously, of course.

Sure there are warnings throughout the movie DO NOT DO THIS AT HOME. You and I both know that a teenage boy is going to ignore those and try them anyway. That's where the anonymity comes in handy, Nobody can sue you.

Highly recommended for people with annoying teenage boys as neighbors and for any teenage boy you just don't like very much.
