I like this DVD. Episodes like "Fa-la-la-Ed" and "Courage's Nutcracker" are quite suitable to this DVD.
Maybe the next Cartoon Network holiday DVD will have the Eds' "Jingle Jingle Jangle" special as well as the other holiday themed episode of "I Am Weasel" and Johnny Bravo's first holiday episode. I'm anxious for that.

'Tis the season to be quirky in this aptly named collection of animated Yuletide Follies from the Cartoon Network. There are plenty of favorites here to please fans, such as The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, a tale of woe when winter camp is visited by the sinister Son of Negral, who turns campers into ice sculptures. Equally chilly is Ed, Edd 'n Eddy, the series that stars a trio of tricksters who, in this case, bring Christmas to the cul-de-sac complete with presents and pranks. Girl power reigns when the Powerpuff Girls combat crime in the city of Townsville as Blossom uses her newly acquired ice breath to cool things off a bit. And don't miss the tongue-in-cheek junkyard romp as Courage, the Cowardly Dog, battles a duo of menacing mice, accompanied by a nostalgic rendition of The Nutcracker. Not for the faint of heart, this 60-minute revelry includes nine offbeat tales of irreverent holiday mirth. (Ages 8 and older) --Lynn Gibson

Not a very good offering for a Halloween-themed DVD. The only ones even remotely Halloween related are Billy & Mandy and The Powerpuff Girls. All the rest seem like a random assortment of older Cartoon Network originals. You can't really call the Courage episodes "Halloween Specials", since EVERY episode of Courage deals with monsters, ghosts and other creepy happenings. At least the Nickelodeon Halloween DVD had ONLY the Halloween specials. Get a clue CN, or Warner, or whoever picked out the content for this disc.

At a running time of a mere 107 minutes, this CArtoon Network set of Halloween/horror themed cartoons isn't a great value quite frankly. With no extras $10 - $15 seems somewhat pricey to me. $7.99 would be more fair,
Anyway you get nine toons from Cartoon Network regulars The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Ed, Edd 'n Eddy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Cow & Chicken, I A.M. Weasel, Dexter's Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls, and Johnny Bravo.
