Even More Holiday HA-HA-HAs 4 out of 5 stars.

Unlike "CN Halloween Volume 3", "CN Christmas Volume 3" is probably the best one yet ! Here's a look at what episodes this DVD has:

Camp Lazlo: "Snow Beans" - For the first time on DVD, see Lazlo and his fellow Bean Scouts as they take a ski trip in the mountains.

Billy and Mandy: "Billy and Mandy Save Christmas" - The greatest holiday special to date features our two young heroes and the Grim Reaper as they rescue Santa who has turned into a vampire.

Foster's: "Store Wars" - Bloo and the gang head to the mall as they search for the perfect birthday present for Madame Foster.

Ed, Edd n Eddy: "In Like Ed" - Kevin knows too much. This misconception leads to a covert operation conducted by the Eds themselves.

Kids Next Door: "Operation N.A.U.G.H.T.Y." - The Delightful Children from Down the Lane attempt to ruin Christmas by taking all the presents in the world while the KND takes the blame.

I'm surprised there are only FIVE shows on this DVD. Maybe they ought to throw in at least one of the following:

Courage the Cowardly Dog: "Snowman's Revenge" - The North Pole is suffering global warming, and the sinister Snowman decides to make a new home... at Courage's home !

Johnny Bravo: "Johnny on Ice" - Bravo accidentally gets frozen in a chunk of ice. A scientist later thaws him out thinking that he's the missing link.

Dexter's Lab: "A Mom Cartoon" - Dexter's mother goes holiday shopping and fights -that's right, FIGHTS- her way towards the last pair of latex gloves.

I Am Weasel: "The Legend of Big Butt" - Paranormalists Weasel and Baboon take a trip to the Himalayas in search of the elusive creature Big Butt.

My Gym Partner's a Monkey: "Cool Kids" - Jake Spidermonkey becomes part of the "in-crowd" at the school's polar classes.

They'll probably save that last one as well as the Foster's Christmas special, "A Lost Claus", for Volume 4 next year.

Would Buy It For "Jingle Jingle Jangle" 5 out of 5 stars.

I used to love Johnny Bravo as a kid, but I don't remember any of the Christmas episodes. I remember Courage and watched it, butI don't remember the Christmas episode. I HATE Codename: Kids Next Door, and the others, I don't know.

BUT.....This disc DOES have Jingle Jingle Jangle, my favorite Ed, Edd, and Eddy episode. I would buy this DVD just for that episode. But if I find out that Jingle Jingle Jangle is going to be in the upcoming first season box set of Ed, Edd, and Eddy, I'm going to save my money.

More Holiday Ha-Ha-Has 4 out of 5 stars.

Another title for this review might be "Ha ! I knew it !" or something like that. This has the episodes of Johnny Bravo and I Am Weasel I have predicted earlier in the volume one review; as does the Eds' "Jingle Jingle Jangle" holiday special.

And since this DVD is called "Christmas ROCKS", the bonus episodes have something to do with music. For example, there's the Billy and Mandy episode where Grim plays some goth metal of sorts(he almost sings like Marylin Manson if you know what I mean).

I'm not sure if they'll make a volume three, which might also have the other Snowman-themed episode of Courage, but I hear they're making a Kids Next Door holiday special called "Operation N.A.U.G.H.T.Y." and also a Billy and Mandy holiday episode, I think. In the meantime, I'll enjoy this and the first volume as well.

(I'm still anxious for a Valentine's Day DVD, though !)

More Halloween Ha-Ha-Has 4 out of 5 stars.

This is the second installment of the Cartoon Network Halloween DVD. It's got a Halloween-themed episode of Kids Next Door and another double dose of Courage. Personally, besides the Franken-Bravo episode, I thought they'd put a second episode of Billy and Mandy in there. Maybe next volume.

And another thing, I thought the I Am Weasel episode would be either "I am Franken-weasel" and/or "I are Ghost" to follow up the "I am Vampire" episode in the first volume. But with the DVD title being "The Grossest Halloween Ever", "Power of Odor" does seem to fit it. That goes the same with that Powerpuff Girls episode entitled "Reeking Havoc"(I was expecting the episode where the girls battle a zombie magician). Like I said before: maybe next volume.

And perhaps in volume three, I have noticed another Halloween-themed episode of Billy and Mandy and one of Cow and Chicken. Plus, some other scary-looking episodes of other Cartoon Network shows like the ED-isode where single-D masquerades as a monster and terrorizes the neighborhood, or the time when Dexter watches a scary movie and experience the horrifying effects from watching it, or the one where the Kids Next Door fight some zombie nerds. And, hey, there's a brand new Ed, Edd n Eddy Halloween special called the Eds' "Boo Haw Haw." I think they'll put that in there, too. Well, you never know until you find out.

(I'm still anxious for a Valentine's Day DVD, though !)

OPERATION: R.E.V.E.I.W.
This is the greatist show in the world. These kids(next door) are
me as a kid.every time i watch the show I get inspired to build!
It brings me back to the good old days in my fort in the back yard. I loved building "Gadgets" like the KND do.This is the show of my dreams. KND RULE!!

A classic 5 out of 5 stars.

I was surprised to see kids who didn't like this cartoon. I bet that they grow up to be adults who don't watch cartoons. This has got to be one of my all time favorites and I have been watching cartoons for almost half a century now. If only kids could band together and fight adult tyranny . . . what a concept. Yet they aren't mini adults and these aren't James Bond adventures. Saving someone who accidently ingests a brussel sprout while listening to the boring adult conversation at dinner is ingenious and so is the way they save him. To Noelani (cool name!) Nigel's parents actually do have British accents. But they are goofy. I think if we are to the point of criticising the character's accents, we are beyond just enjoying the show for what it is. It isn't Shakespeare people! What it is is a good old fashioned cartoon with heros, comedy, tragedy, slapstick, morals, and hey wait a minute! Maybe it is Shakespeare. Stick to Ed,Ed and Eddy if that's your cup of tea, but I wish someone would put this show out on dvd, like yesterday. KND Rule!

nice DVD but not quite what I was looking for 3 out of 5 stars.
6 of 6 people found this review helpful.

I bought this DVD expecting to finally get to see Ed Edd n Eddy's "Boo Haw Haw". Be warned: It is NOT on this disc! There are some fine episodes on here, but that one is not present. Here's the actual list (from the disc in front of me as I type):

Foster's Home: "Bloooo"
Juniper Lee: "It's the Great Pumpkin, Juniper Lee"
Billy & Mandy: "the Bubble with Billy"
Ed, Edd n Eddy: "Don't Rain on My Ed"
Kids Next Door: "Operation J.E.W.E.L.S."
Powerpuff Girls: "Candy's Dandy"

I was disappointed that "Boo Haw Haw" was not on the disc, being an obvious choice, but "Don't Rain on My Ed" is one of my favorite Eds episodes, so I don't feel completely let down. I'm not sure what that episode has to do with Halloween, but a good one nonetheless.
The disc is starkly devoid of extras, apart from CN's usual promos for upcoming material.
There are good episodes on this disc, and what is there is good quality, but given the absence of the most obvious episode choices and the lack of any extra material, I can't rate this disc higher than a 3. It's great if you really like these episodes, otherwise just watch them on TV.
