This was a fantastic series! Every episode is intensely smart, and the plots are fantastic. You will feel like you are actually learning how to profile serial killers as you watch this season, and you will fall in love with the characters.
The use of flashbacks (where they picture what the criminal might have done is very effective (though I was not a huge fan of them). The show also has many moments where a split decision can mean life or death, so it keeps you on the edge of your seat.
Be warned! You will watch this show just like you watched '24', and you may try to watch the entire season in one sitting.

Just found out that I loved Criminal minds this fall so I have watched season 1 and I never left the couch for the whole weekend. Ha! Then I bought season 2 and did the same thing. Got my kids watching it they are 19 and 23. Then I had to go 3 months before Season 3 came out on video. So I went to my favorite place and purchased it online. I have already watched it and now I am all caught up...
I miss the first guy that was on it but the other is fine. My fav character is Spencer. I wish I had a friend like him he is funny. And I love Garcia. Can't wait for Season 4 to buy.

For any fan of Criminal Minds this DVD is a must have. I have lost count of how many times I've watched the entire season. The special features are a treat and the Meet Matthew Gray Gubler shows you just how much fun the cast has together.
Apparently there is a hidden easter egg that I have not yet found that has Matthew Gray Gubler handing out Gubie awards, but I cannot wait to find it!

I ORDERED CRIMINAL MINDS NOT TO LONG AGO AND HAVE SINCE WATCHED IT OVER TWICE I LOVE THE SHOW AND WOULD RECOMEND ANYONE TO GET IT. VERY INTERESTING, THE SERVICE AND TIME GETTING IT FROM AMAZON.COM WAS GREAT.
ALSO I JUST ORDERED SEASON TWO AND AM HOPING TO GET IT THIS WEEK

The first season of this show was so good, I did not know how it can get any better, but it did! I love these characters!
The plots get even better in the second season, and you get to know more about the characters. If you like CSI, Law and Order, or House, this is basically a mix of all three. It is investigative, dramatic, and intelligent. You will love it!

It just gets better and better and continues to hold my attention. The characters continue to be strong and to show that this type of job can have the terrifying dangers directed at them also. This job is not for everyone (needless to say) and not everyone stays. It also reflects how it can 'tear' at the people who continue to find these 'monsters'.

Great show, great DVDs. You don't have to put up w/ commercials and can watch as many episodes at once as you can handle. This has added to my appreciation of the writing and acting on this show. The actors are not all stereotypes, they are different, they are even fun. Anyone who has not yet seen Criminal Minds and who loves "Dexter" on ShowTime will like this show too. Far better than the usual TV fare.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST TV SERIES. I AM SO GLAD TO HAVE IT ON DVD. AND THIS 3-PAK WAS A BIG MONEY SAVER. THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL LAW & ORDER OR CSI SHOW...IT'S A STEP ABOVE. EVERY EPISODE KEEPS YOU ENTHRALLED TO THE VERY END...AND THE CAST IS A GREAT MIX OF PEOPLE & PERSONALITIES.
