I got this for my nephew's birthday and it was his favorite gift from the whole party. If you are looking to buy for a young child this is a great DVD.

Wanted more 2 out of 5 stars.

There was only 2 ten minute cartoons, and 2 songs on this DVD. This was way to short for my tastes. My son loves Baby Looney Tunes, but there has to be something out there that offers a little more.

Editorial Review:

When Tazmanian Devil was a teeny, he loved his toys more than anything - until he broke them! When Granny gives him a new toy clown, he guards it ferociously in Taz in Toyland. Then tiny Tweety tawt he heard his friends whispering about him in A Secret Tweet. But his sad feelings soon fly away when he discovers his happy surprise! Nap time follows playtime ? except Daffy can't sleep after losing his blanket, so baby Bugs leads a mission to find it in Comfort Level. Awake and refreshed, Granny teaches the wee ones to swim in her pool. Overconfident Daffy thinks he has a feather up on everyone else, only to discover he doesn't exactly take to swimming Like a Duck to Water.

Great for young children 5 out of 5 stars.

My two and four year old grandsons love Baby Looney Toons. I love that it shows the characters messing up, but learning from their mistakes, just as we hope all little ones will. They always discuss the problem and how they can fix it. They watch these cartoons over and over.

4-yr old loves it! 4 out of 5 stars.

My son will watch this one over and over. His favorite character is Taz because of his crazy, all-over-the-place, chaotic antics. He thinks it's just hilarious. He particularly likes the "To Tell the Tooth" episode, mainly because Taz is a starring character and he cracks him up. His other favorite is "Christmas in July" because what kid doesn't like the idea of getting what you really want/need at another time of the year that's not Christmas or a birthday. It's sweet how all Lola's friends want to help her feel better when she is frustrated and sad, and work together to figure it out.

In general, Baby Looney Tunes can be a little preachy for my taste, but I DO like how they present the different personalities of the toddler animals interacting, playing and disagreeing, and working it all out with a little guidance from the very gentle and loving wise ol' Granny. They do a good job of showing how kids' friendships work, angry feelings and all, portraying realistic ways of dealing with conflict with people you care about.

Editorial Review:

In Tooth Fairy Tales the kids learn a whole new set of lessons. When Bugs looses a tooth, Daffy tries to figure out a way to scam the tooth fairy. In Takers Keepers, Daffy soon discovers it's not nice to steal someone else's toy...especially if that somone is Taz! Too much of a good thing can be bad when Taz gobbles up way too much candy in Spinout. And is there any Shadow of a Doubt what shadows are after little Tweety sheds some light on the subject? Plus four more fun episodes - from babies' playing in snow for the first time to Christmas in July - and four separate sing-along tunes to dance and play to!

PLAYDAY PALS. Seeing a big, bright yellow school bus gets the gang dreaming about School Daze and they all prepare by playing show-and-tell, practicing a fire drill and riding an imaginary school bus of their own! Granny buts Bugs in charge when she goes up to her room and the wily bunny must solve the mystery of some spooky sounds in Things That Go Bump in the Night. Baby Sylvester gets sidetracked while playing hide-and-seek and eats a whole jar of cookies. When he confesses to his friends, they invent a fib about The Creature from the Chocolate Chip! After all that, boredom sets in ? until Granny saves the day with a giant Card Bored Box...and the preschoolers' imaginations take flight from there.

People NEED to lighten up!!! My 20 month old daughter LOVES this show. It is a harmless, lovely cartoon that lights up my baby's face when it comes on. She loves her "Tooney Tunes' as she would say.

Adorable 5 out of 5 stars.

Baby Looney Tunes is a cute show that children and parents alike can't help but like. This dvd is a great addition to any collection.

Why ruin classic cartoon characters? 1 out of 5 stars.

These cartoons are truly sickening.

Why must they spoil the greatest cartoon characters ever made and make them cute little babies? It's awful. They've destroyed every single character... from Bugs Bunny to Petunia Pig.

All the characters are annoying, but the two very worst (in my opinion) are Sylvester and Tweety. Tweety is huge. He is almost as tall as Sylvester. And for the record, Tweety is a male bird. And Sylvester is a big wimp who DOESN'T TRY TO EAT TWEETY! INSTEAD HE IS ONE OF TWEETY'S FRIENDS! I shudder even thinking about it.

The animation has absolutely no spirit. The characters are all turned 'cute' and they move slowly, with not even the slightest hint of squash and stretch.

And worst of all, the characters teach kids not to lie and it's mean to make fun of others. This is very comical, Considering all the things that they do in the original cartoons. Such as, Daffy gambling his money away, Bugs shooting a guy in the audience for coughing, Taz attempting to eat Bugs Bunny, numerous times, Sylvester telling Tweety to hide in his mouth, Granny whopping Sylvester with her umbrella and Tweety beating up a bumble bee and stuffing it in a horse costume so the two cats inside will be stung.

In all fairness, this show itself wouldn't be so bad were it not the Looney Tunes characters. It still wouldn't be good, mind you, but not terrible.

It's sad to see classic cartoons ruined like this. Watch DUCK DODGERS instead.
