For the 8 months it took to track down Saddam Hussein, he was the subject of one of the two most intense manhunts in history--the other one, of course, is Osama bin Laden. In trying to track them down, the U.S. used everything in its arsenal--the world's most sophisticated spy satellite network, Special Operations task forces, and the biggest cash rewards in history--$25-million per man. We review the successful tactics used to bird dog Saddam and see if they may apply in flushing out Osama.
