Bones-Season 2 5 out of 5 stars.

So we finally made it to season 2 after all the slow episodes of character development, we finally get the reward of really fascinating episodes. Other than the episodes getting better the only thing to really mention is that in this season each DVD is only one sided unlike the season one that I bought...which by the way I like it better as only one sided. I don't know why, maybe it is because they put the nice pictures on the front of each DVD. Either way Bones is a great show, and I recommend this set, it comes in one box, that has an open edge, but there is one DVD case for every 2 DVDs. Hope everyone enjoys their set as much as I do mine.

Excellent 5 out of 5 stars.

I love this series! Although I was turned onto it in the fourth season, I am frantically catching up on all of the characters. I love Tempe and watching her character grow from the nerdy scientist to a good friend and investigator is a lot of fun. I enjoy the dynamics between all of the characters and look forward to many more episodes. I especially appreciate how the writers have added a personal side to the show so it isn't all about the case they are working on.

Outstanding stories with humor suspence and quirky but lovable characters. Educational as well as very entertaining.AS good as any series. The scientific details that break the cases are factual and give a real element to the episodes.Entertainment that teaches and stimulates -a great combo.

Awesome 5 out of 5 stars.

I am a fan of this show and I got the second season DVD and it was great I enjoyed it, but I needed to see the back story so I bought season one. Bones is one of the best television programs around and I would recommend that other viewers get a chance to watch it.
David Boreanaz and Emily Deschanel are the best TV dou they hot up the screen with their constant bickering and sexual tension. I hope Bones will be around for a couple more seasons. As the show progress it gets better every season.

the price makes no sense 1 out of 5 stars.
4 of 5 people found this review helpful.

Also on sale singly for $25.49, $21.49 and $37.99, the first three seasons only total $84.79. Why is the complete set of the three seasons marked up an additional 61%? There are no additional materials listed in the package. Even if the Bones Companion were added, at under $11, it wouldn't come close to making up the additional premium. I think it would have to come in a REALLY cool case, complete with forensic anthropology tools to justify this price point.

Save your money. Buy them separately. Watch the same shows.

Bones 5 out of 5 stars.

this is my husbands favorite show except for monk. i have been reading the books for years and love them. this tempy is yonger and no daughter or crazy sister, but a good show to watch over and over. i can conplain about one thing. we do not have surround sound and the dvds are ment to use it. the background noise is too loud and sometimes drowns out the spoken word. we just turn it up louder and enjoy.

Season Finale Triumph 5 out of 5 stars.
4 of 4 people found this review helpful.

Family Ties is such a strong episode that I have ignored its unfortunate pairing with Bone to be Wild (an episode of little consequence and terrible storyline placement) and given this a 5 star rating. Family Ties is everything a season finale should be -- enemies old and new, each character coming fully into their own, Farscape's typical wit mixed with the most poignant moments to date, and of course a cliffhanger that makes you glad the SciFi channel is goofy enough to air the final four episodes right before the beginning of the new season so you don't have to agonize too long. These actors can handle anything with style, and Family Ties is one of the most stylish episodes from any season.

Editorial Review:

The two episodes (numbers 21 and 22) contained in this, the 11th and final volume from Farscape's first season, carry on with the series' entertaining brew of drama, humor, superior production values, credible special effects, and, perhaps best of all, the clever commingling of human and humanoid characters with puppets designed by the Jim Henson Company. Episode 22, "Family Ties," ends with a cliffhanger guaranteed to bring viewers back for more, as the duplicitous Rygel plans to turn traitor, which eventually leaves the fates of Crichton (Ben Browder) and D'Argo (Anthony Simcoe) up for grabs and "living spaceship" Moya's young offspring under the control of the conflicted villain Crais, among other developments. Television viewers already know how it all turns out, as the third season completed its run in April 2002. The rest of us, however, must be content to wait until subsequent Farscape seasons are issued for the home video market. --Sam Graham
