Scrubs will go down in history as being one of the last great American sit-coms and NBC's treatment of how it ended is shameful. It didn't go out with a bang or even a whimper, but rather with a far-off flushing sound. It reminds me a little of how "Soap" and "Taxi" ended, except this has even more depressing details.
And thanks to the fact that the writers hurried along Pam and Jim's relationship in "The Office", it looks like THAT show hasn't long to live either. Without that romantic tension anymore, it's going to evolve into a live-action version of "Dilbert" (if it hasn't already - I only saw a few episodes from the fourth season, but the mood HAS changed a lot compared to the last two seasons).
Thank God for the invention of DVD, though - at least I have BBC shows and Anime to entertain me 'til it's time to check out of this insane planet.
Thanks to Scrubs for so many great episodes and having a worldview I could relate to - you deserved a 'final season' at best, a special finale episode at least. All we fans can hope for is a DVD-release movie finale ("Firefly" got one, and even Reno 911 had a movie made, so I can at least DREAM...)

With its deft combination of humor and heart, this single-camera sitcom is a both a critical and cult favorite. Scrubs stars Zach Braff as J.D., an eager doctor at Sacred Heart Hospital. I am sick of everyone telling me they like scrubs. I watched about six episodes, and didn't even smile. This the same trendy, inside-joke comedy that now rules the airwaves. Unclever, conformist jokes and mindless viewers do not equal a good show. Bottom line: Cliche beyond beleif.

This is easily one of the best shows out there. I'm about to finish Nursing school and easily relate to just about everything on screen. Being dumped on, working through relationship stuff, doubting yourself, everything. Mucho kudos to the writers for making me laugh and then giving me reassurance and perspective. The series only gets better as it goes as far as I'm concerned.
Anyone that can watch My hero, My philosphy, and My lunch and not tear up isn't human. And these are just a few of the episodes over the years that have don it for me.

with the 3rd season of Scrubs we find our characters a bit more seasoned, yet just as vulnerable as they were. When they first started out.
But the writers/producers and everyone involved in this show including guest stars like Tara Reid, Michael J. Fox, Scott Foley to name a few add a little bit of craziness in addition to what's already going on around the show making it. Something that really needs to be watched to see exactly what i mean. The show is seriously funny and even when a deep, serious moment comes up. You can find JD pondering away in one of his usually freaky and often times weird daydreams.
Some shows aren't able to keep it up for 3 years and keep things fresh but Scrubs does throughout and is worthy of anyone's attention that loves to laugh and have fun watching TV.

Sixth season...we fell in love with the characters over the years and are sorry to see them go, but we learned from them, we laughed and cried with them and enjoyed their lives. Sounds like a crazy person talking right? Well...really this show gets to you...you can watch for hours and hours and still love it. Watch them again and again and again. My daughter has SCRUBS parties where her and her friends sit around and watch the episodes...a house full of teenagers quiet and watching intently. WOW!

In the sixth season of "Scrubs", it seems that the realism of the hospital setting and quirkiness of the show is not quite what it used to be. Still, the ongoing jokes and hilarious characters (especially the janitor) still bring a smile to my face. It's not one of the best seasons, but in comparison to the average sit-com it is still miles ahead of the pack. The relationships between the main characters on the show (and the hilarious supporting characters) have really grown over the last six seasons.
For other "Scrubs" fans, I'm sure you are all happy to hear that there will be an eighth season aired on ABC which will supposedly return the show to its quirkier and realistic roots.

I bought this for my 18 year old daughter who is absolutely in love with SCRUBS. We watch it all the time on tv and I have to admit, no matter how many times I see the same episode over and over, it's still hilarious. These people work so well together and are such a good contrast with each other that it makes it believable and so funny. If you haven't watched SCRUBS, you are really missing out.

after 4 seasons of Scrubs the show continues on its all funny and sometime silly ways. While i didnt love each and every episode. I still found myself laughing out loud more often than not and that's what i really enjoy about the show. I can pop in a disc and commence to laugh my troubles away. A few of the episodes are sad and what not, but its to be expected being the characters do work in a hospital and death is all around them.
But they manage to keep the show going and you can tell that the actors are very comfortable with their roles and the changes that they all have gone through since first starting there. 5th season of the show works on a few levels and doesnt have the characters in the hospital the whole. As they venture out living their personal lives and still having fun as well.

The season four of Scrubs is a little bit slower than the precedent season but still one of the best show on TV. Dr Cox still has these hillarious rants, JD the same sensitive and sometime cocky character, and special guest stars such as Heather Graham or Matthew Perry make this season very enjoyable.
